The facility was very clean and I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. The pool area was great and the food at the bistro was surprisingly good.

It wasn’t cheap but it was acceptable for what we got.

The hotel was easy to find off the highway, and it's ideal for weekend explorers like us since it's just a short walk to the Splash Lagoon Indoor Water Park and less than a 30-minute drive to the Erie Zoo, making it perfect for family adventures.

The kids loved splashing around in the indoor pool and relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. One little hiccup was a flickering light in the bathroom, but it didn't spoil our stay at all. definitely check it out if you're in the area! 😊

Had an awesome time with my friends here! We visited Splash Lagoon, just a short walk away, and the pool at the hotel was perfect for relaxing too. Our room was spacious with a fridge and microwave, making it easy to store snacks. The front desk staff were friendly, and the hotel was close to great restaurants.

i had a great time at the courtyard. the hotel looked high-end and the pool area was perfect for my family. we stayed in a queen room with two queen beds, and it was very comfortable. the housekeeping lady on the 2nd floor was wonderful, even though i didn’t get her name. overall, great amenities and wonderful staff made our stay enjoyable.

One employee ran the bistro, which created delays, and multiple complaints of long waits for food arose. Additionally, the luggage carts were in disrepair, and room temperature controls had issues with slow filling toilets. A dated feel to some rooms might be a turn-off for travelers expecting more modern amenities.
