Family with children will appreciate the space
The facility was very clean and I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. The pool area was great and the food at the bistro was surprisingly good.
It wasn’t cheap but it was acceptable for what we got.

The kids loved splashing around in the indoor pool and relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. One little hiccup was a flickering light in the bathroom, but it didn't spoil our stay at all. definitely check it out if you're in the area! 😊

Had an awesome time with my friends here! We visited Splash Lagoon, just a short walk away, and the pool at the hotel was perfect for relaxing too. Our room was spacious with a fridge and microwave, making it easy to store snacks. The front desk staff were friendly, and the hotel was close to great restaurants.

i had a great time at the courtyard. the hotel looked high-end and the pool area was perfect for my family. we stayed in a queen room with two queen beds, and it was very comfortable. the housekeeping lady on the 2nd floor was wonderful, even though i didn’t get her name. overall, great amenities and wonderful staff made our stay enjoyable.
the hallways could use a bit more attention when it comes to cleanliness.

I enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard in Erie. The staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The location is fantastic, right off I-90 with numerous dining options nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with a microwave and fridge. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet, ensuring I had a good night's sleep. The pool area was perfect for my family, providing a great spot for relaxation. However, the hallways could use a bit more attention when it comes to cleanliness. I noticed some dust and debris that could have easily been addressed. Breakfast isn’t included in the stay, which was a slight disappointment. Overall, the positive aspects of my stay outweighed the negatives.

A Memorable Stay with Exceptional Service
Had a fantastic time thanks to the attentive staff! Shanice's cocktails were a highlight, showcasing her skill and personalized service. The patio area offered a relaxing vibe, perfect for unwinding. Pro tip, Try to snag a spot in the quieter sections away from the event spaces.

missingWrote a review on Jul 08spacious roomsengaging poolbreakfast confusion
Spacious rooms with a fridge and microwave made it easy for families to prepare snacks. The pool area looked engaging and had plenty of space for kids to enjoy.
Paid breakfast included vouchers for the bistro instead of a self-serve option, leading to confusion. One employee ran the bistro, which created delays, and multiple complaints of long waits for food arose. Additionally, the luggage carts were in disrepair, and room temperature controls had issues with slow filling toilets. A dated feel to some rooms might be a turn-off for travelers expecting more modern amenities.

We had a fun time at Splash Lagoon, just a short walk from the hotel. The amenities were perfect for our large family, and we appreciated that our two dogs were welcome. The suite was spacious and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable.
My kids wished for more options at the bistro for breakfast. A self-serve station would be great for larger families like ours.
